By accessing or using DeepLook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DeepLook provides AI-powered real-time video editing and image transformation tools. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. DeepLook is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Use the Service to create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any individual
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
DeepLook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
5. Credits & Payments
Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. DeepLook reserves the right to adjust credit pricing and consumption rates at any time.
For bank transfer payments, credits are only granted after manual verification of your receipt by our team. Submitting a fraudulent or altered receipt will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant DeepLook a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
All software, design, trademarks, and branding associated with DeepLook remain the exclusive property of DeepLook AI Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. AI-Generated Content
DeepLook uses third-party AI models to process and transform media. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs produced by the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepLook and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DeepLook, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10. Modifications to Terms
DeepLook reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
